If you are not happy with an item, or have simply changed your mind, do please let us know as soon as possible.
Please do not return any items without contacting us first as you may need to return it to a different address.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item please let us know as soon as possible and we'll try to help resolve any issues.CHANGED YOUR MIND?
Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your prints for details of how to return any unwanted items. We are happy to refund your shipping charges on the original order, but you'll have to pay return shipping charges.
We are happy to exchange goods within 30 days from delivery. After this we can only exchange items if they were received faulty or if the wrong item was received. Free exchanges apply to UK orders only, replacement items sent to an overseas address may incur additional postal costs. If you are in a hurry we advise that you return the item for a refund and place a fresh order since exchanges can take slightly longer to process.
Any prints bought as a Christmas present during November can be returned up to January 6th, extending the normal 30 days. The item must be returned in the condition received and in its original packaging.
We check every item returned and if found not to be faulty by independent testers we may return the item with a postage charge.
